Final sale items, clearance products, and earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons unless defective or damaged.
Return Process

Wait for return approval and instructions from our customer service team.

Send the item back using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Refunds

Refunds will be issued once the return is received and inspected.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to get a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
