We understand that online shopping doesn’t always go as planned. Our return policy is designed to make returns fair, simple, and transparent.

 

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, please ensure:

  • Your request is submitted within 7 days of delivery.

  • The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

  • Final sale items, clearance products, and earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons unless defective or damaged.

Return Process

  1. Email us at noblate1994@outlook.com with your order number, product name, and reason for return.

  2. Wait for return approval and instructions from our customer service team.

  3. Send the item back using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued once the return is received and inspected.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to get a different item, please return the original and place a new order.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
